I found that my last order has the wrong address on it so will not be delivered to me. I tried calling but kept getting automated - pick a number responses. On entering my customer number and phone number for authorization - I am told it is incorrect. There was no way to get to a person to talk to. This is not the first package to go missing! Now I am frustrated and pissed off. And have finished with Yves Rocher after many years of being a good customer.

SO FRUSTRATED. Yves Rocher is run by uncaring POS. My Mother passed away in September 2020. My Dad breaks down in tears with every piece of mail that still gets delivered to their home, in her name. He has phoned Yves Rocher and begged them to stop sending mail/flyers in her name. They refuse. They state only she can stop the mail or he needs to provide proof she passed away. They don’t seem to care what it is doing to him. He should not have to prove ANYTHING! All other companies have just apologized to him and stopped all mailings. Not Yves Rocher, they are pretty much calling him a liar. I BEG everyone, STOP buying from this company.
