Rob I am writing this as my speech and mental Limitations make this much easier for me as I was in an accident with a lot of body trauma and a head injury triggering PTSD. On jan 17 my wife assisted me to your store on Lansdowne st Peterborough where a gentlemen by the name of Rob greeted us and was very observant of my verbal and mental cues , he quickly understood that we were looking for binders and explained to me kindly and toughly what the difference is in the produce . Even when I incurred a moment of panic he remained calm and spoke slowly. And finished the transaction flawlessly . Also please note I do not go out in public places often so his handling of covid procedure and distancing excellent ! My words speak for the rest of my experience with Rob Note I had left the store and my wife tell me that she spoke to a Lady unfortunately did not get her name.Who was wonderful and gave her a great explanation on best way for me to put this binder on WOW I thank the Company for all the resources and effort that goes into every aspect of creating the environments, training and painful process of finding excellent people to represent your vision. Rob All I can say is thank you for just treating me like a person but understanding and not judging that I have limitations Female employee you assisted my wife minutes after I had a small melt down and informed and treated her kindly thank you!
