I purchased brand name tubing for my cpap machine from their online store. It was faulty and trying to get through to customer service has been brutal, after multiple times on hold and being hung up on without being able to get through , being called sir when my voice is definitely not masculine and attempts to contact via email and providing screenshots as requested I had to file a complaint with the BBB. Do NOT waste your money here !!!

I've experience such frustration and waisted time with this company in trying to receive an actual receipt for proof of purchase for my insurance company. What they send by email right after purchase is not valid or downloadable, cannot download a receipt from "my orders", and once requested through the "contact" page they may all kinds of mistakes and most csr's have no clue how to send a receipt.

I reviewed the store and saw most negative comments however, decided to test if people really mean what they write. True to the bone, I realised when someone reviews they definitely were disappointed. I bought a new product, it ripped the next day, went back, they refused to take it back, like they are trained to refuse, with a somewhat mean and bad attitude. Manager unapproachable and her staff Amy simply terrible. Think before you go in there.

Order online the disinfectants 1 month ago, had not received the package yet...Tried to call the customer service and waited 1 hour without able to get someone on the phone...Terrible customer service, regretted to order from Wellwise.ca but never again.!

I order the same product 6 times per year and spend over $1,500 annually. This company cannot be bothered addressing my concerns with mounting problems including incorrect items delivered, forgotten deliveries, no PC points given , and suggestions to better their website with online check boxes for insurance receipts and reordering previous purchases. These seemingly small things really matter especially to the disabled or elderly who make up a large portion of their client base. I've been very patient with this company for years - both in their local Kanata store and online. I will be looking elsewhere for a company that actually cares about their shoppers and -- on another tact -- maybe even thinks it is worthwhile to pay their employees more than minimum wage while they rake in the big bucks.

I ordered the online items at a sale price and was charged the regular price for all the items. My email was never returned and I hung up after waiting 30 minutes on hold. A 15% discount was not worth the time and effort. The FAQs provided options to refuse the package or to return package. I have no confidence after reading the reviews that I would get a refunds so Wellwise got the sale. Will not order from them again.

Bad ,bad, bad. No star. Package never arrived. Waited on phone line over an hour so I can speak to someone about my order. In what costumer service manual is it ever ok to let someone wait for over an hour. My order is still not resolved.

Horrible experience from start to finish. I did not get confirmation for my first online order. I was billed but no one could find the order. This took many days to resolve and many hours on the phone. My second order took far longer to arrive than what had been indicated. As my surgery was imminent I had felt I had no choice but to purchase the items I needed at another medical supply store (fantastic service and better prices). The wellwise items finally started to arrive. I immediately returned them ( 4 packages in all). The website states it takes 7 - 14 days to get a refund. It is now well over 3 weeks and I have only been credited for one of the items. I will never purchase anything from this supplier again. Go to your local medical supply store and save yourself a lot of stress. I’m try to give them a 0/5 rating but I can’t get rid of the 1 star

I ordered a product online. They sent the wrong product. I called, spent a very long time on hold, then the system hung up on me so I had to call again. I was told I would receive a shipping label by email in a few days to return the product and the proper product would be shipped to me. Over a week later, no shipping label or correct product had arrived. I called again, had to be put on hold for ages, now finally have information I have to bring to a Canada Post location to return the wrong product, then they have to check to see if they have the right product in stock or will have to give me a refund. Ridiculous!

Wellwise online order is terrible. They show the wrong item on the website. When the item delivered wasn’t what was ordered, their customer rep couldn’t right the wrong. I’m still stuck with the wrong item after 1 month. Trying to get the customer service to resend the right item but they would not return emails or calls. So fraustracted! Will not order from this company again.
