I went to resize my brand new MK access smart watch, The 'watchmaker' was so rough on my watch and broke the screen. When I received back my watch I point out the screen was broken, he claims that he didn't do it, and was implying that it was my own fault!!!!! So today his partner called me and claims that the 'video' they record doesn't shows any 'evidence' they've broke it! And simply point out this is a LOW CLASS mistake that they would not make! He is not going to be responsible for this, and now I am left with a brand new broken smart watch!!
