I had five food items to buy. It took forty-five minutes. The signage is so poor that I ended up going around in circles trying to find what I wanted. It's been like this almost since this store opened; Want jam? no sign says jam. Want cooking oil? nope. Two aisles say they have crackers...Every time I shop here I go home in a bad mood.

I am an associate at Walmart Kirkland. I know protocols and how things work. Today is my well earned 20% off day and as in electronics the associate with the name David refused to give me my 20% off. Asked for id? I don’t need to show ID with my discount card. I swiped the card and he didn’t even press the discount button so I can get my usual 10% off. Left furious. Never in all my years of work have I had such an experience like this. As managers you need to talk to your employees and teach them customer service. Never again will I shop at Walmart pointe-Claire I will stick to my place of work Walmart Kirkland. Shame on you David

Verbatim. This was commendation email that was sent to heretohelp.ca@walmart.com. Hello, This is a giant thank you note to the staff at your Supercentre at 195, boul. Hymus , Pointe-Claire, QC. Lastnight we went in to shop for our local food bank and from the moment set foot in the store, we were treated kindness and respect. The customer service workers found a safe place for us to store our carts while we continued shopping. In the end we filled 15 carts and then they assigned 2 cashiers to help get everything through the cash. They were very organized, pleasant and efficient. Chanel took charge and everything flowed amazingly. Another worker loaded our van, the greeter chatted with us, and then at the end the 2 cashiers and a stock boy came outside (in the VERY cold) and helped us the load the rest of it. We are so happy with the service we got lastnight. We could not have imagined any better. Your staff needs to be commended. Please make sure they receive this note and Merry Christmas!
