(1/5) Why I won't be calling and using the optical services at Port Elgin Walmart

I tried to contact the store to find out what dates and times the optical centre would have an optician available. The first time customer service did not appear to know how to connect to the department the second time I was listening to muzak for several minutes with no way of knowing what was happening. I am calling long distance and wanted to know what days and hours an optician would be in house as they are open but an optician seems to be an optional extra. Zero satisfaction but prices look good.
