(1/5) not handicap accessible and even less friendly.

They have cattle fences at the front doors forcing people to walk around the doors to enter for no apparent reason since there are no lineups to enter. The entrance is on the east side while the exit is on the west side several hundred feet away. If you require one of their half charged scooters, it is recommended to park on the west side to be closer when you leave and walk the width of the building to enter and walk the same distance inside to the east doors to get a scooter, where they are left by others and no one there has the sense to move them back to the entrance. The corridor after the cashes is blocked to stop anyone from returning to the entrance. I have seen handicapped, cane walkers and seniors having to walk twice as far as able bodied people to go in. Being a long term member of 50+ ottawa and the scio, I will be rallying all members to boycot this store until the management wises up to the needs of the handicapped or is replaced by head office, which is where a copy of this complaint is going.
(1/5) Poor COVID-19 Safety in store
By Anonymous Customer on Jul 24, 2020
Hi, I was shopping at the Orleans Walmart on July 23, 2020 around 7:30 PM and I was appalled at the amount of store employees wearing the required masks incorrectly. I counted at least 6 store employees with their masks below their nose and even a few with the masks down to their chins. I complained to the pharmacist on duty and she took immediate action to advise them but while shopping I noticed a few more. You may want to review your health & safety policies with your staff and remind them that customers will stop shopping at this location if we feel unsafe. One staff member even told me that I would understand how difficult it was to wear a mask during an entire shift...I replied...you should try being in surgery for a 10 hour period! Food for thought!
(2/5) Soda stream refill

I have worst experience with they refill, the taste is like Putting salt in water and someone forced you to drink it.. And it leave bad taste in my mouth, call the store to return it, they said they do return on the refills. Yeah my Yeah my $20 plus tax!
(3/5) Covid 19 precautions at the Orleans Store
By Chantal on Jun 10, 2020
I went grocery shopping at this locator on June 9th in the afternoon. I was shocked to see that the sales persons are not wearing masks and the sales persons do not make an effort to social distance themselves inside the store. This one sale's associate came to talk to me about their Master Card policy without social distancing and was literally breathing on my face. I hope the management will consider that the employees wear a mask and keep a distance from the customers.

Saunder, working in the fresh produce section, polite, helpful...Took the time to assist me in locating an item...put his words into action...Great asset to have on the WalMart roster.
