I called over the duration of an hour and got through to Customer SXervice 3 times...and they responded by pushing a few buttons on the phone and hung up on me all three times - THEY HAVE LOST OUT ON A GOOD SALE IN THE THOUSANDS!

wish I could give store negative ratings. Worst customer service I have ever come across. Returning anything is worst nightmare for your online purchase. Since there is no hard copy was given. Their customer service supervisors think they own Walmart. They know not even the basics of customer service skills forget about good customer service. For them showing attitude, talking rudely to customers with expressionless dead beat demeanor are their beliefs as customer service. I am looking for the person who infact hired them to see if he was on a dope while hiring them and also to have few words with this store's general manager to see infact these are his/her views of customer service as well and if he/she condone such attitude. The customer service of this store is a real shame!
