I witnessed a horrible customer service event today (November 20, 2023). A customer service associate informed a family that they had exited incorrectly and had to crawl under some barrier to exit correctly. I commented that what the customer service associate was doing wasn't nice, seeing that the family was remorseful for crawling out under the barrier. She responded, "IT DOESN'T MATTER." What?

I shop here all the time. Always friendly service. I like that they have gone to no plastic bags and staff are helpful

self distancing not enforce. specially at the self checkout. i.e. 2 inches beside customer . other customer that i spoked with no longer shop at walmart because they are not following guide lines.
