 (1/5) Terrible Grocery Curbside Pick Up Service!! 1.5 HOUR WAIT!!

I placed an online order to be picked up December 23rd between 8 and 9 am. I received notification that my order was ready for pick up at 8:27 am. I called the store to advise them that I was on my way. I was then advised to wait 20 minutes because they were busy. I did so. I arrived and placed the second call and was told it wouldn’t be too long. I waited and watched other cars arrive after me and receive their orders before me???? After 1.5 hours I got out of my car and went inside to advise the person in charge that I wanted to take my own order out. This is not acceptable. I would probably still be waiting if I hadn’t gone inside. I spoke with someone else who waited 2 hours. Well why is it Baxtrom takes 7 minutes to complete a grocery pick up? This service is unacceptable. I suggest you shut it down until you can provide adequate service. My order number was /5512049002129. As well you offer a $20 rebate code that is not working. There is no notice of this posted on your website so you cause more confusing and make the customer call to enquire why the code is not working.

Recent overnight changes with automatic checkouts on most of registers plays havoc on waiting time at regular checkouts where s cashier handles your merchandise. Won’t be returning to this store no time soon as long waiting time is not welcomed. Not a convenient place to shop when you’re stuck behind a price checker! There should be special lanes for those who want to price check and waste people’s time!
