I damaged and lost part of package as a result walmart would not exchange item. I had all relevent reciepts but complete picture of product was absent.

My daughter went to the store in Digby this morning to return a pair of little girl sneakers that were obviously falling apart. They were purchased in June and she did not have a receipt and they would not exchange them. They wanted a receipt. Your policy was always if the child wears them out before outgrowing them they could be returned, now they want a receipt. She was treated poorly and told she bought them before Covid19. She left the store in tears. It is not the 35.00 but the experience and the distrust. I think Walmart could have treated her with more respect.
