I am sorry but I find your bathrooms are not kept up to par. They make me not want to spend my time there shopping. Would you please check this out. If not taken care in wash rooms may have to report to health department

I switched phone companies yesterday. I was dealing with Micheal this is my 3rd time being helped by him.He was so friendly helped in anyway!! I get home to insert my new Sim card. My texting was not working..... I tried to get a hold of koodo customer service . Which they only have digital assist which is useless..my last option was to contact Micheal at walmart wireless... he went over & beyond. Within minutes it was fixed! BIG THANKS To HIM

On March 20th, we wanted to purchase a deck patio set. we had been there twice before and could not get anyone to help us. Well this day at 11:00 am, we tried to get someone to help us, a young man said he was just taking out something for someone else and would be right back, we saw the young man walk from outside to somewhere in the store and did not come back to us at all. So we called for assistance 3 times, finally I went looking for someone. An individual from the tire section of the store asked if I needed help. I explained the situation to him, and asked him to call the store manager. Thus even him trying there was no answer from the manager. So he helped us,( him thinking himself all the calls from seasonal, they must be busy there.) Arthur was wonderful he helped take the patio set on a cart and took it to the checkouts for us. Also helped us take it to the car. He was so polite and was so sorry for us to have waited there for 45 minutes, not being able to find a clerk anywhere. There was also 2 other people that wanted assistant but walked away. We would love to give Arthur a 5 star rating for all he did for us, he went above all his own duties to help us. Inconclusion, we are regular customers of this location, lately what has happened to the staffing of this Wal Mart location, are there any ???? or does this store run on a minimal staff for cost purchases. Keep this up, your not the only Wal Mart in the HRM.
