I went to the optical department in Walmart Kelowna to get fitted for contact lenses. The one gal who I found out was the manager was working on the computer when I walked in. She never acknowledged me for 15 minutes! When I finally got to talk to the contact lens fitter, she was excellent customer service, knowledgeable, friendly, and did the best job fitting contacts that I've ever had done. She should be the manager!

I’ve choose to use Walmart for almost 10years noticing it’s decline but stayed loyal always, am a rewards member, have noticed the huge increase in price and still chose to shop there. Not once in my life 30 years have I have had a lady snatch my cart from my hands while people are still in the store still checking out….I was rushing to check out. She shouted allowed and embarrassed me to the point I could of cried. Some family business

I recently purchased a new pair of glasses at the Vision Centre and I am impressed with the service there. The initial first visit was very thorough and we came to the conclussion that it would be better to stick with Bi-focals rather than change to the Progressive Lenses due to my having Vertigo which would have made them difficult to use. Diana V. who guided me through the process of picking new frames etc was very attentive and helped me pick a separate pair to use when I am on my computer. Then she called and made sure that my insurance with the Government was up to date and therefore my total purchase for the Two pairs of glasses/frames came to $159 dollars..a good deal ! Thank you for this very positive experience. Thank you Diana! I will most certainly tell my friends and others about this excellent experience with Vision Centre.
