I went with one of my friend to pick up her grocery to Walmart supercentre Shawnessy. When we reached there, one of their associate, whose name was Khuspinder Singh, picked the call and spoke very politely and took our order very quickly and loaded and arranged all the materials properly into our car. He has a very excellent skill of communication and customer service. I have seen sometimes in greeter and he is excellent in it. I think Walmart should hire hard working employees like Khuspinder Singh. Thanks.

Today I went to buy some products at Shawnessy Walmart and while I was in the line to paying my products observe she all the time touched her mask and her nose and I thought to moved to for another teller but I was the next, so I tell her if is posible to put some sanitizer in her globes an she sed why and I told her the reason why, and I offer my hand sanitizer if she doesn’t want she get mad and toll me I have to wait for another teller and she call a this lady name Eva and she ask what happened I tell her what happened and she told me they always clean after each client that is not true ,I didn’t see she clean before I pass ,but the worse is she told me if Im not happy I can go to other place and I ask if for the manager and she sed she is the manager ,wow I’m surprised how is possible if she is the manager she doesn’t care the situation with Covid-19 and don’t tell to the other teller for the least don’t touch her nose and mask while she is working, this Eva is a very rude person she have bad manners.
