I have been shopping here since very long time but as usual customer service is awful. Instead of just standing there like a dead fish, you guys can really help the customers. There are 15 customers in line at customer service desk and there’s only one poor associate who was also on training, handling all. She paged CSM sunita couple of times, I could see her walking around but didn’t bother to come help.I had to wave at her if she can come over

Been shopping here since it opened. Forgot a loonie for the cart one day a few years ago. No problem, greeter gave me a cart. Yesterday I get in the store, forgot a loonie so ask the greeter lady if she can help. She shrugged and said sorry can't do anything. I was in disbelief. So I left. Their problem I guess. Usually spend 200+ when I go. Decided what the heck, will try the superstore down the street at south common. Never been there. Wow, I thought this Walmart was starting to get filthy and especially during this covid. Recalled a month ago couldn't get a cart and my loonie was stuck. The security guard gave me a cart but not my loonie. LoL I'm so glad the greeter wouldn't help me now. Opened my eyes. Loved the superstore. Clean nice stafff and actually have stock on their shelves. Can't believe I never tried them. So long Walmart. You've really become a horrible and uncomfortable place to shop.

It is really sad that such a large store hss only one cart for disabled prople and they dont care.i was at another walmart a third of the size thry had 3 carts and were willing to go get one for me . What a difference.
