Rude cashier told me to bag my own groceries. Then accused me of lieing saying that he didn’t scan the item under my cart. He showed me the receipt and said it wasn’t scanned. I showed him the third item that he DID scan when I held it up for him to scan. I was so surprised by his lack of customer service that when I left I said to him “ thanks for the apology”. If I wanted to nag my own groceries I would have gone to the self checkout

Shoes selling at $19.99 in other Walmarts were marked $25 at Meadowlark. Went to Customer Service where young lady tells me "All Walmart stores are different." and won't change price. Meanwhile she's standing under a sign that says they price match. Still refused. Had to call manager over to get the proper price. If your gonna work in customer service, try reading your store policy.

I went to Walmart Meadowlark Yesterday. I saw that their Ferrero 174g has big price tag of $5.98 and 50% Off hence would be $2.99. However, the scan price is $3.99 ao I went ro the customer service area and the manager decided to make an “Override Price” for me for $2.99. That very minute, they removed the price tag and changed it to $3.99. But when they saw that I have 61pcs for a post valentine church, the customer service lady refused to give the agreed price and she would only allow 5 pcs until it became 13 pcs but with a lot of arguments. I talked to the manager again but she said these words “ What do you want, for me to give you more? What I did was just only for customer satisfaction. I cannot give you the price for everything” then she left arrogantly. I was so humiliated because employees and other customers heard ans saw the commotion. So I just paid the 48 pcs at $3.99. A very bad experience.....
