Life can be difficult for a ludlite like me so I want to acknowledge the outstanding service I received recently from Vision Centre associate Sharzad C. Not only did she help me find suitable sunglass frames for my face and help me text 3 pics to my wife, she also ensured the rush order would be completed on time. Best service I've received in a long time. Thanks Sharzad!

A older white haired female employee, brought a customer through the line up past all waiting customers in the self serve express section. The customer said to this employee “aren’t all these other people in line”, the employee just held both arms in the air, kept walking and yelled “I have no idea” and takes this customer to the next available self-serve till, passed all of us.
