Be careful sometimes they scam you like they give you open damage phone but they wrap it very professionally you can’t notice that what happened with my son on Black Friday he got scratched phone instead brand new the manager opened the box and when my son took the phone out it was scratched all happened inside the store and he tried to exchange it they didn’t accept

I have been to the kiosk in the Penn Center in St Catharines a few times with questions regarding my phone contract. They never have any answers. It's always call the number blah blah. Terrible customer service

I went to a Virgin Plus store to get a new SIM card for a new phone. He told me I was paying too much and reduced my monthly plan to 50/month. I had a problem with my bill a month later and called virgin mobile and the care team reduced my bill to 45/month because I never used more the 3G data and was paying for 10G. Months later, they cut my service 5 days before the due date. It happened to be during a power outage. They did no cost adjustment.

Bad customer service, they tell you we had fixed your problem, and they wont do anything .. I spoke to Victoria and I ask her for a proof that shows I spoke to some , she hanged up. They charged me $400… I called them 5 times and everyone from the customer service promised that the last time you have to call and everything is ok. They’re liars… they’re not professional at all. They are not trained well. I don’t recommend this provider at all.

I received the BEST service this weekend from Victoria. I went in with a lot of questions and a beginner level really of cell phone usage. She welcomed me right away and listened to what I was looking for. She didn't try to upsell me on the biggest, brightest, newest phone, just exactly what I was looking for. I got a good upgrade and love my new phone. She took the time to review the contract with me in detail, which I appreciated. Then she spent time transferring my contacts and setting up my phone. This is really above and beyond service. You just know when someone is skilled at customer service and she nailed it. Thank you again, Victoria !

I was more than pleasantly surprised. Tommy, the manager went above and beyond helping me with a setup of my phone . He helped several other customers while we were waiting for updates on my phone and was extremely helpful with them as well as were the two other employees that were in the booth. They were knowledgeable, friendly, followed the safety guidelines for Covid 19 and were generous with their time. Thanks again Tommy.
