Just returned from a shopping trip which included Urban Planet. I have NEVER been treated so poorly. Couldn’t find anybody on the floor so went to ask at the cash - 3 people; one unpacking, 2 chatting. I asked for assistance; was anyone on the floor? Each girl gave a different vague answer accompanied by finger pointing but no effort to help. I looked at them, said “thank you for your help” and walked away. Got great service from ‘Garage”

The manager working at surrey central located in British Columbia, was disgusting and had an unpleasant attitude. We purchased PJ’s and our total came to $78.70, before buying we asked the employee working there (it was a skinny brown haired girl, don’t know name) if we could return and get a full refund. I went to return some clothing items that didn't fit me and was told I'd be getting store credit in return. I could have sworn I was told that I could get my money back and not just credit (I am usually one to always make sure of this especially when I wasn't able to try anything on in store due to Covid). To avoid being complicated I told them I was okay with getting credit, but I was under the impression I could get my cash back, just so they knew that there was miscommunication. One of the employees very rudely said "who said this", to which I replied "I'm not sure, the girl who served me that day" (at this point I was frazzled because I wasn't expecting such a rude response) to which she replied "it was a man and our assistant manager actually" she said this with a very condescending tone. Even if I made a mistake, I still don't think she should have spoken to me this way especially when I said I didn't mind. I literally was trying to avoid any issues and I feel like they were so unnecessarily rude.

Manager at Charlottetown PE location having a bad day. Very abrupt ( some might say rude) while laying out the " rules " as to why the change rooms are closed which includes ACCESSORIES ! His words , not mine. In his defense it was close to closing time however that is no excuse for distain for your customers. Attitude adjustment and training required for Urban Planet Charlottetown PE location.

We took our daughter who was turning 6 for a day of shopping, the day before her birthday. We have shopped here many times for ourselves and both kids.She fell in love with a purple unicorn pajama onesie as the color purple and unicorns are her favorite things in the world. There were several on the rack but none in her size. The one on the mannequin was the size we needed. We found several other items we wanted to purchase and then asked if we could purchase the pajamas off the mannequin. We were told they would not do that. My daughter was heartbroken! She handled it well but did cry since she is 6. I on the other hand was furious. My kids don't ask for much the rest of the year but on their birthday or Christmas we like to spoil them. A simple pair of pajamas would have made her whole birthday and they were right there within our grasp but alas we could not get them. I was so mad I put all the other things back and left the store. I will never be back.

I purchased items at your store and asked the clerk for a gift receipt as they were Christmas gifts, she informed me that the store policy was 14 day return, so I said well I guess I'll be back every 14 days. I went back after 14 days and decided that this would be too onerous so would just return the items. The clerk said ok will that be a store credit or exchange! WTF!! You get your merchandise back and keep my cash!!! Oh yes she says...STORE POLICY!!! Well store policy should be in big flashing lights so that everyone is aware that you get to keep our cash no matter what. Once I bring myself to go back into the store and use up this store credit it will be the last time I shop there.
