Beware of buying from this store, they dont give exchanges nor refunds. I spent a lot of money there but when I went back to return some items that were damaged they refused to exchange or refund, they lost me as a customer.

I bought a men’s pants yesterday Jan 17, when I got home I noticed the back pocket zipper broken. I thought not to worry, they had 7 days exchange, I took it to the store this morning and was told by the cashier that there were no exchange or refund, these items were final sale. She did not want to hear what I had to say, she said that she did not care if I shop there, other people will. I have spent over 200$ since this store opened last year. I realized that it was only $5.65, but it is my money and I am a senior citizen with limited funds. I walk in the Albion Mall every morning and this item on sale for the last 2weeks and no sign that the sale was final. I will not shop at this store again. Thanks, Dave
