I have been waiting 1 hour and 13 minutes for someone to check availability of a Babies R Us product. When I called in and selected #3 for Babies R Us, it rang unanswered until it bounced back and was picked up by a Toys R Us associate ... She said she would transfer me to a baby associate ... at 25 minutes, someone finally picked up but said she was a Toys R Us associate and would transfer me to a baby associate ... I told her I had been on hold for 25 minutes already. She put me on hold. At the 40 minute mark, someone came back on the line ... they also were Toys R Us ... I told her I had been on the hold for most of the 40+ minutes of waiting and needed to know that I was not going to be forgotten. Her name was Jennifer and she said she would make sure the Babies associate picked up ... They did but it was not until I had been on hold for 73 minutes ... Caroline who was actually in the Babies R Us section then confirmed they did not have the product I was looking for ... WHAT A WASTE OF TIME !!!! The irony of it ... Google said that I could have been there in 49 minutes in spite of the rush hour traffic !
