I came in this nail place twice, I understand they will not charge tax if you pay cash, but there prices fluctuate which is not nice. Last time was in it was the male owner who did my nails and he was not good at all, he miss 3 of my nails, when he apply the color it was too thick that it drip and then the top coat also was not well brush coz when it was dry I could see where he misses part of the nail, Its difficult to find a good worker, who can deliver a decent job. And no one speak good English or maybe they just pretend they don't speak English so they don't have to deal with customer complain.
