Mobile ticket the only option. Didnt know that before purchase. I dont have internet access on my phone to get my ticket. No way to access my ticket. No refunds either. No stars.

It is ridiculous! There is nobody to help you with the ticket question/problem. I bought tickets they sent them to me via email -- prompted me to send them to myself-- and I did and I am not sure which ones are the ones I am able to use to enter the concert!
