During my visit to Canada last month I fell in love with the retro two-slice toaster and bought one to Brazil. However, the toaster burns all kinds of bread that I put in it, no matter if I set the dial in number one or use the defrost function! I wonder what I am doing wrong, although I think it is no rock science to use a toaster, at least it shouldn’t.

I am so tired of purchasing products and trying to use them in good faith. I honestly search the net when I am experiencing problems. However there is a SEVERE lack of information on this brand. NOTHING to help solve problems and NOWHERE to actually purchase replaceable parts once they have been used. Stokes sold me this thing, how crappy it is to learn that its not available anywhere near me at this time, and who the heck knows where to get information on the internet cause there isn't any. Totally disappointed and furious.

A 5 Star rating for the Think Kitchen store at Midtown Plaza in Saskatoon. The store had exactly what I was looking for. The lady that served me was very helpful and pleasant.

Visited Think Kitchen at Kenaston Outlet Mall yesterday. The most amazing customer service I have received in a very long time. Could not have received better customer service from the actual owner. She is a real credit to your company and should be recognized accordingly.
