We sold our house, went down to UPS told them we needed mail forwarding to a box we would rent from them, they said "no problem the forwarding happens imemdiately". 3 weeks later, no mail ever arrived in the box we rented from them and we were upset as we had legal documents, cheques, and bills that have never arrived! They then told us that we did not understand mail forwarding,I told them yes I certainly do we have moved 16 times over our life and our family were agents for 50 years. They then told me that it does not work that way in Europe! I said this is not Europe it is Canada! They then told us if we wanted our mail forwarded by Canada Post we would have to go down to the post office to do that. I told them you never informed us of that you informed that you took care of it or we would have done that and never rented a box from you. I then asked to have the box pro rated since it would never be used as we would just deal with renting a box them from Canada Post. They refused and stated they would investigate their employee. I have had nothing but problems with obtain deliveries from purchases when dealing with UPS. Their print services are great, their mailing systems, customer services are a complete fail. I will never deal with them again or any company that uses them as a delivery service, completely unreliable.
