This is a reach-out to Will at the Kensington UPS Store, once again, for delivering and exceeding our expectations. I’d like to share that awhile back, in the midst of the early stages of the pandemic, Will was more than accommodating towards the terms on our renewal, allowing us to extend our box rental when other options were also on the table. We had every hopes of renewing; however, with the possibility of an upcoming change of address, we were unsure as to what may be our next course of action. Thankfully, with Will’s timely care and assistance, this came together quite well for us both; we can truly appreciate how he cares for his customers and contributes to a sense of community to which we feel we can all belong. Thanks, Will! All the very best in amid these challenging times. We look forward to sharing the journey ahead!
