Very disappointed with my experience at the store in Vaughan Mills today. I was picking up 2 baby gifts and went to the nearest check out. After waiting 10 minutes which I thought was the line for the 4 cashers working at this checkout at the back of the store, I was told I had to move to the checkout at the front of the store and wait in line there. these cashers were being used to alleviate the lineup at the front of the store. I came in the back of the store I did my shopping at the back of the store so just progressed to the cashers a the back of the store. I do not think it was fare or right that I had to walk to the confusion at the front of the store and in the mall to pay for the $150.00 + items I wanted to purchase, especially after I was waiting for 10 minutes and the person in front of me lied and said she had come from the front cashers....when I saw her shopping in the same area as me and she just went to the same cashers as I had gone to. As a result I left the cloths I had spent an hour selecting and left the store. I drove over to the other side of the mall and purchased my gifts from another store in the same mall.
