We bought our appliances, gorav Duggar helped us a lot in selecting the right ones and getting our appliances delivered in timely manner during the COVID times. We cannot thank him enough for all the help.

I purchased a table set from the Brick in August. I did not receive all the parts for a chair and the tv stand was broken when it was delivered. I have addressed this issue with the staff since I received the merchandise and have tried numerous amount of times to speak with the staff at 1607 Dundas Street (mainly the managers) or anyone who could help and was told someone would call me back. It took weeks on end to get someone to call back and today I found out the parts they ordered were incorrect. Its New Years Eve. I have had encounters with staff who tried to advise staff were not on site when they sold the merchandise and after confirming the location I called they finally transferred the call to the CSR. My experience has been poor both with the staff and broken merchandise that were given to us, which still needs to be replaced. I would not recommend this to anyone.
