Salesperson misrepresented 7 day warranty. Chair is not comfortable and is poorly made. There is not she talking yo customer service..they do NOT care.

VERBALLY ASSAULTED! We purchased a proper gaming chair for my 5 years old son for Christmas because after many surgeries on his back he is no longer comfortable sitting on the couch or floor. We purchased one from The Brick about a week ago. Last Thursday we received a call from someone from The Brick, she was very helpful and polite, and setup a pickup time for Saturday between 12 and 6 pm. We arrived on the Saturday at around 12:30 and were told to pull around back for pickup. We waited at the back for around 40 minutes until our time to pull up to the dock. It was a bit long and unorganized, but in these times, its understandable. The worker at the dock explained to us that it had not arrive, and wont be in until the following Tuesday. We then pulled around front and went inside to confirm and arrange for a different pickup. The lady at the customer service was very rude. We never got rude or ever raised our voices, and only asked what do we are to do now. She started raising her voice at this time, almost to the point of yelling, saying "its not our problem". I calmly asked her to lower her voice, and that we only wanted to arrange to get our chair. At that point she started yelling out verbal assaults at us, name calling, then proceeded to wave her hands in the air, pointing her finger in our face and yelling "GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE"! We were stunned and calmly walked out of the store. We understand times are tough and people are a bit on edge with the current situations, but in no manner did we deserve to be verbally assaulted in your store. I think its time for The Brick to look at how its customer service workers are handling situations at this location. In summary, we went next door. The prices were great and they were super inviting and friendly.
