The Brick is cutting corners and using pandemic as an excuse. Here’s their logic: Placing an order in person with their associate-allowed Me paying in person with another associate-allowed Them placing a table in my truck-not allowed, because “contactless pickup” And because I’m stubborn this will be the last time I bought anything from them

My White 1999 Frigidaire Gallery fridge broke down on November 21, 2020 and I had to leave my food in the porch until yesterday. Meanwhile, I shopped for a similar white one but because I couldn't find one of the same height, I had to settle for a smaller White Whirlpool model #WRS331SDHW03, courtesy of Sandy at The Burlington Brick, who made sure it was in stock. The other stores did not have one or any other make in stock for immediate delivery as white was not in vogue. A major appliance store salesman even suggested that I grab the one from The Brick. Sandy was very professional and even suggested that I take advantage of the Thursday (February 11, 2021) GST off provided it was not sold by then. I took the chance, waited and to my luck it was still available. She even suggested that I opt for weekday delivery as the movers worked for The Brick to ensure careful delivery on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Her arrangement for interest/administration fee-free, 12-month payment plan, no GST, and liaising with the warehouse went very well and I commended her in a personal message. I recommend her to anyone wishing to purchase a major appliance and needless to say that homework be done for specs before contacting her so that she does hers for mutual satisfaction.
