If you're looking to sleep on your bed the same day it arrives you won't be. They won't assemble it for you. A third Party company TransGlobal Service will leave you sleeping on the floor for a week or more... Be sure to check the back of your Sales order and plan ahead weeks before they deliver it.

A couple of months ago we ordered a lovely sofa bed couch from Codey and he also helped us choose a perfect shade. When it arrived, we knew we needed a fireplace and again after searching other places, we ended up at our favourite store and purchased a perfect fireplace that was even on sale from Gary. Both these salesmen were helpful, personable and made our purchases a happy experience!

I recently had to purchase a new refrigirator to both being over 16 years old as well as nearing the limit setting to regulate the temperature.. I had also watched a TV program "Marketplace" regarding the problems with older refrigirators and the servicing of these units. I walked into the store and met a young man (Codey Love), who approached me and asked how he could be of help.. I told him that I was looking for a new refrigirator that was close to the specifications of my old fridge as well as telling him what the problems were with the old fridge. Codey had a great personality; was very knowledgeable, and most of al, totally honest in regards to the difficulties with all the concerns mentioned in the TV program that I watched. He was very explicit in pointing out the best possible options both in the store policies and financial aspects of the purchase that would be beneficial to me personally. There was no pressure what-so-ever applied and gave me plenty of time to think things through before the purchase. He was a fantastic sales representative with all the qualities that would ensure both him and the company who he was employed by, that he was a great asset to the company. He was very thorough in all the paperwork required and his recommendations to me. I had previously spoken to a trusted appliance repair company and explained the problems that I would face with the old fridge. Cody's advice and diagnosis of the problem echoed exactly what my repairman had said. I have great admiration for Codey and the Brick store. I would reccommend both to anyone anytime. It was a pleasureable experience for me to shop at the Brick that day and will always feel comfortable dealing with both Codey and the store.
