My delivery experience with the brick was beyond sub par. Upon delivery of the couch they had no idea what they were doing. i had to explain what was to be done for the couch to be brought up.as these “professionals “ had not a clue. Upon trying to shuv a couch in a door way obviously to small for the couch the frame had been damaged & scraped all throughout out. I was left with no explanation for 2 weeks & was declined any reconciliation.
