I bought a bedroom set and they didn't deliver it on the promise date, scheduled another day, delivered a broken part that day. I called them before the 48 hours "exchange" finish they scheduled me another day 10 days later to exchange the broken part. Didn't show up on the promise delivery day AGAIN. I called the store and talked to a LAZY guy who( I felt like I was bothering him), still waiting that they will change it. Ill never go there again

Very confrontational store manager. Had to cancel an order due to it being over 2 months late. Manager refused to refund my money because I put my mask under my nose to breath for a minute while maintaining 6 feet distance. I placed my mask over my nose while I was in contact with any store personnel. Would not offer me any other type of resolution. I read the reviews before going to the Brick; I should have listened! Don't be like me; run, don't walk away from the Brick! In March I was in the market for new furniture.. The salesman talked me into getting a Brick Visa card. I got one piece in May, but the other not til December! The don't communicate! I can't get my money back; just a credit on a card I've already paid! If you like being treated like a bother, go ahead, otherwise stay away!

Simply just really unsatisfactory customer service and substandard furniture for their prices. We were promised delivery in 30 days and it took almost 90 days of chasing them down. Once we got our furniture it was disappointing you could see the poor workmanship. Defects stuck out like a sore thumb. However we will just live with this crappy furniture rather than contact the Brick ever again. Goodbye Brick you lost another disappointed customer!

I bought the floor model couch. Got what i thought was great deal. was told it is the last couch. Had it delivered, and when it showed up it was ripped and scratched. Driver tried to tell me that was the way i bought it. Sent it back. Since i was told it was the only one left i was just going to get my money back. Once i said that he found three more in Ontario. Gave them another chance, waited a month for delivery. Once again it showed up ripped. Sent it back. Got my refund and will never buy from them again. Terrible service.

I do my best to shop locally in support of our St. Albert merchants. I was not disappointed by visiting The Brick Mattress Store on St. Albert Trail this past weekend.. Remaining within a very reasonable budget, I left the shop pleasantly equipped with 3 excellent quality box spring mattress sets, each supported by a very good warrantee. Professionally and pleasantly, Curtis Chywl assisted me in my purchases and offered the best prices possible. He allowed time to enlightened me by comparing products regarding comfort, durability and lifespan to meet the needs of young children as well as adults. His conduct, patience and expertise resulted in my freewill to purchase some bedding and two bed frames, all to be delivered for FREE! I do not believe I could have done better elsewhere. Due to the superb service I received, I am confident that The Brick Mattress Store will stand behind their product should there be any unforeseen concerns of which I truly do not anticipate. I asked for a firm mattress, they sold me a soft one and kept telling me to give it time. Only reason, they were trying to pass the time frame. A regional manager called me saying the sign that said it was a $1300 was not true. He said I bought a $300 mattress and since the brick made 3 billion a year, he didn't care about my concern. He said he could help me by selling me a $2000 mattress instead. This place and the people who work here are scammers!!! REMEMBER: WHEN THE SIGN SAYS ITS WORTH SUCH AN AMOUNT AND ON SALE FOR A LOWER, THATS A LIE, ITS ACTUALLY WORTH THE SALE PRICE. HE TOLD ME ITS MY FAULT AS I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. SLIMY SLEEZY PLACE AND PEOPLE. I recorded the conversation for the BBB and the news. Just sad how he said the brick doesn't care about people because they make 3 billion a yr. That's still no reason to lie and scam us.

Please never buy from them, learn from our mistake, worst customer service ever, you try to call, nobody answer, and when they do they either don't know what they talk about or lie to you. They are unbelievable, please please, we lost couple thousand dollars, please dont do the same mistake.

Bought a brand new GE bottom freezer fridge from the Moncton trinity store for my cottage to replace the old one that was getting noisy. The fridge no sooner was plugged in and made a loud annoying whining sound which would wake you up at night. The old 20 year fridge was better than this brand new one at least it didn’t wake you up. So went to the brick to ask for another fridge. I was pretty much told too bad too sad here’s a 1800 number and you call to have it repaired. So I had no choice but to do that. Well long story short repair guy came out and said it was the fan and ordered the part. This all took time and now 2 months later he replaced the fan. To my great disappointment that didn’t solve the problem the sound was still there. So I went to the trinity store in Moncton and spoke to the manager Roy who told me it’s your problem not ours. He is by far the most annoying person I have ever dealt with.At this point I was infuriated by him and his I couldn’t care less attitude. I have never experienced such BAD customer service anywhere ever. My cottage was impossible to enjoy for 2 months and the only thing I did wrong was buy a fridge from them. I also bought a couch at the same time so now I’m hoping that it doesn’t collapse because I’ll get no help from the brick. Once they have your money they will take no responsibility for their products. PLEASE NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE!!!!!

Went to the Trinity store Midnight Madness to find a mattress. Line up was getting long but was only in line for half an hour, the store was making sure the customers were taking care of by only letting people in as sales associates became available. During these unusual times it is nice to see that stores still think of the customer experience as their most valuable asset.

I bought an adjustable bed from the brick It broke down 2 months later. I couldn’t get anyone out to see it until I reached my sales person Jenny and she personally arranged someone to come look at it. The service man came out and said I would probably need a new bed and he would let the brick know right away. I never heard from was The Brick for 3 weeks and could not get any information. Finally I connected with Charandeep she told me nothing was done about my bed and nothing was ordered. She took charge of my problem and got me a new bed ordered and promised it to me for Oct 2. Thank you Charandeep. The Brick must be short staffed or so disorganized that they can’t get things done ????

I purchased a range over a month ago. I was promised a new door and bottom drawer within a few day. They did not come. I have visited the store 3 times because no one, especially Roger who sold us the unit, has not returned even one of my eight calls. I now have to go up again to see if I can find someone that might know something.

It's been one week that I am trying to call the store number daily and, incredibly, no one picks up the call. My order is delayed and I can't talk to anyone. I will need to go to the store just to get more information about the delay, incredible. When they sell their stuff they say it will be delivered super fast and even give a date, but that is not the truth. Find another store, brick is totally unreliable. I repeat, do not buy at the brick, you will regret. ZERO customer service.

Purchased an oven in July, back ordered month after month, and now they are telling me back ordered till October. Was offered to pay extra for a different oven - no offer of compensation as I have been waiting so long. No other ovens similiar to the one I have ordered. Worst service ever!

BOUGHT A $3,700 COUCH IN OCTOBER OF 2019. THE COUCH ALREADY LOOKS LIKE IT IS TEN YEARS OLD. THE CUSHIONS ARE LOPSIDED, DEFLATED, MATERIAL IS FRAYING, FEATHERS ARE STICKING OUT, BASICALLY LOOKS HORRIBLE. THERE IS A YEAR WARRANTY, THE BRICK WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. I PLAN ON TAKING THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT OVER THIS. THEY SAID THAT IT IS "NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR." IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME I CAN SEND PICTURES, TEXT ME AT 586-839-9524. THE BRICK HAS NOT SEEN THE END OF ME, TRUST AND BELIEVE. I AM CALLING THE RADIO STATION NEXT WEEK TO PUT THEM ON BLAST. THEY SURE HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY HARD EARNED MONEY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY SHOULD KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK IF THEY WILL EVEN SURVIVE ONCE COVID HAS GONE AWAY!!!!!

If you have a choice between The Brick Hunt Club and The Brick Kanata, definitely, without a doubt, choose Kanata! The customer service is not even comparable. While the salesman at Hunt Club preferred to argue with me about something I could prove he was wrong about, Jordan, in Kanata, agreed with me and ultimately got the sale. He made it easy and painless for me. Even though the Hunt Club location is closer for me, I will never go back there. I will go the extra distance to Kanata for the exceptional customer service.
