I know it's that time when the pandemic hit, black friday weekend, lots of customers flooding in to ask. But I really wish their customer service skills could have been better... I was in the customer service industry myself, so I have expectations. So when I come in Nov 20 2021 asking for a iphone 13 pro or pro max, the first answer I received was: "everybody wants it, we don't have them".... instead of offering a solution right away ;)

I had 2 find an internet provider quik. Cogeco or Bell BOTH charge just under 100$/month tax in...just 4 minimum internet. I took my 100$ & called my experts @Telus, you will not believe what Telus did 4 me! All I heard was, "We can do this 4 you." And "We have that 4 you" In 30mins I had internet, & it flies! I got UNLIMITED: telephone, long distance, texto, internet, PLUS a new iPad for my 100$/month!!! U R simply tha best Telus

Went to walnut Gtove store....interested in getting a new phone and adding data and another user to account. Apparently I must have been bothering staff as they were most unfriendly and unhelpful. Contract has expired so I guess I'm looking for a new carrier!!!

was just in the greenwood store , and was prepared to purchase an i phone . I am already a telus customer , but the sales staff were not interested once they found out i didn't want to buy a big data package , just to upgrade my phone . she said she would have to check my existing account , she left and never came back . so i went and started shopping at the bell store . better service there .
