BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE place. The furniture is very bad quality and the customer service is the worse!!! The call in center is in Montreal and they are just extremely rude and will give you misleading information. For example, they already took the couch back but refuse to give me my refund. Every time I call, they change the story, and say I have to wait an additional 7-10 or 5-7 business days to be refunded. And it just never ending! if you want to save yourself a lot of aggravation and want a quality furniture that will last you, DO NOT go to STRUCTUBE.

Bought a chair and it was damaged when got it home. Liked it so ordered a new one and 3 more for the set. Mississauga store said had 3 new in box. When got home with them could see right away one was opened and legs were cracked. Went back to original store in Vaughan to order them. When I went to pick them up they did not know where the order was or if they got the chairs or not. Could not find my order. Could not get through to customer service either. Will return the one I have and never shop there again. The Avion chair is cheap material and cheaply built
