Spoke on phone with the manager Doug regarding a display-stand ad. He was abrupt & rude. I asked if I could talk with the assistant or grocery manager & he said no, it's busy. He said they don't have an assistant manager. I had spoken to other managers at six other Sobey's stores & they were so helpful - same day. Doug needs to upgrade his communication skills big time & learn how to calm down. Feel sorry for his staff.
