June 16 7:18 pm. I was in the Sobrys at Westgate Plaza Cambridge this evening. The stock of head lettuce on the shelf was low and none of the heads satisfied me. I asked the produce clerk if there were any more heads in their storeroom. He very pleasantly said he would check and went immediately to look. He returned with two very nice heads and gave me my choice. I appreciated the quick and pleasant service.

If you are going to pay for your water, they can at least change the filters on a regular basis. Tired of tasting chlorine

The Sobeys Store on St Anne’s rd. In Wpg are often out of This milk. Twice the workers have told me , they have trouble stocking it cause its a US milk. Well the container says...made in Canada. All other stores in the area have plenty of stock.

I had a grumpy cashier. I had just finished a nine hour day at a major retailer across the street. I put my items on the belt and was wearing a mask and staying well past the 6 foot distance behind the customer in front of me. She threw up her hand at me and said don't move from there! Not appreciated. I was at cash 9 at approximately 3:20 to 3:30 pm. I won't be back although I was a regular customer.

One of the worst grocery stores I've been to for customer service. Employees definitely seem miserable and are just going to NG through the motions. I asked a person stocking shelves a question about where a certain item was and they literally huffed before answering me like I was bothering them from their HARD AND EXHAUSTING job lol Sobeys Ancaster is the last place I will go to not to mention they no longer give you a bag for your groceries but sell food items that have unnecessary plastic surrounding them?? What a joke! Don't cut back on bag costs and act like your doing it for the sake of protecting our environment then sell products full of age would nonessential plastics and coverings including the skids of products that are wrapped 30 times around with packing plastics lol am I the only one that see the blatant contradiction by Sobeys? Just hope everything boycotts this joke of a grocery store! Fortinos isn't that far away and I take my buisness there now. Better products and prices aswell;)
