I bought a pair of shoes from them last year they fell apart. I took them back they would not replace them, I hardly worn them. They tried to fix them and they were no longer comfortable, I could not wear them. I swore I would never set foot in that store again. Unfortunately today I saw a lovely pair of sandals. I bought them. When I got them home they were not comfortable and I could not find them on line to see if there was anything written about them. I thought I would take them back. My bill send final sale. Disgusting. I should never have gone in there. Be ware.

My daughter worked for this absolutely disgusting employer, she was treated like garbage and less than human. None of her employment rights were enforced and they forced her to do illegal unpaid online training, forced to use chemicals without any safety training on them or even mandated WHIMS training and information available, nor inicompliance with Ministry of Labor provincial laws. To round it all off she cane home with a newsletter telling her to put up false 5* reviews on Google. What employer needs to stoop so low as to have their employees lie to cover up horrible return policies and defective shoes probably made out of a sweat shop based on the horrible quality. My daughter was even cut by a protruding nail inside of a boot she was getting ready to put on someone's foot. When informing the manager all they said was oh that's normal. Just put them in the back and they would pull it out so it could be sold still. Where is quality control. So glad she decided to quit, and write a school newspaper editorial on them and have it circulated around her university
