recived flyer today and had an add for flesse face cover for 1.00 when to store and was charged 2.00 so why the different in the flyer I get weekly and the store price Londerry edmonton,ab.

Bought a Quantum massager couple days ago. Their display says to compare it to a Theragun. False advertising! Its not even close. Its more of a gentle tap than a massage. They wouldn't give me a refund or even store credit. Was told to contact head office etc but no guarantees. This product isn't worth your time and money. Save your money and just buy a Theragun. Its pricier but trust me. Will save you headaches and money.

showcase dont have refund or return policy that best suits if you change your mind! this is the. worst store i've been. and they said it was posted on the counter only printer in a bond paper which you wouldn't recognize at all!

My shopping experience at Showcase has been a bit of a shock. I purchased a hair product called The Sleep Styler at your Hamilton Store. I saw the product on Shark Tank and was eager to try it. I followed instructions and, after two nights, found it just wasn't comfortable for me. It also didn't meet performance expectations. I returned to the store two days later with my bill and all of the packaging neatly assembled. I asked for a refund and was refused. When I purchased the product for $39.99, I was not told it could not be returned. The sales clerk pointed out that the bill clearly states Final Sale. She was correct, there it was on the bill, in maybe 14 point font, right under the billing amount FINAL SALE. I was unaware of this. The clerk at the time of purchase said nothing about final sale. I didn't even see the bill before it went into the shopping bag. It surprises me that on an item like this that there would be no returns. How can you tell if something works, if you don't get to try it? I had every hope that the Sleep Styler would work for me. I believe the majority of retailers would accept a return on the product. So why not Showcase?
