I stopped at this Shopper's location looking for a few Christmas items. I had a few of the staff watching me shop. I know it was the shade of my skin. I finally walked up to one staff and asked if they wanted to go through my bag. I spent a lot of money. If you want to see in someone's bag. Be polite instead of having 3 to 4 staff watching me while the older lady walked away with items in her purse. Prices did not match the sale price. Other Shoppers's Drug Marts show respect. I called a few other stores and told them of my story and thanked them and their staff for their great work.

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever experienced in my life. Extremely toxic culture with disrespectful pharmacy owner Scott Szabo who is nothing but a pig. Condescending, rude, distasteful customer service and absolutely no interest in the well-being of his customers. Hates his job and will literally talk behind everyone's back including customers, other pharmacists & pharmacy techs. Understaffed, notorious for not paying the employees properly, treats employees like slaves which in turn makes the employees be rude to customers & hate their job. A pharmacy run by slave-drivers.
