This store has been my store of choice for close to 40 years, but it has only been recently that I have had to deal with the Owner. I have brought up two issues I needed resolved, she could not answer them but would get back to me -- When -- when hell freezes over. I also witnessed an encounter where she was dealing with an elderly lady, and her answers were so sharp and rude, I am surprised the customer didn't walk away.
