The staff is rude, the pharmacy is unorganized and I am switching my prescriptions to another (non Shoppers) pharmacy. I have had multiple faxed in prescription refills “lost”, so obviously not filled, it takes 5 minutes for them to search through drawers, cupboards and baskets to find your meds. Just avoid this pharmacy altogether if you can.
