It’s unfortunate when a prescription is called in by a doctor and the pharmacy can’t locate the script. The doctor calls it in for a second time and still no response. Doctors are now advising to use another pharmacy. And your customer service number is simply a store number, no customer service to complain to. Very sad. I should take the doctors advice and change pharmacy
