The new. girl with the red hair is the most pleasant young lady. Very kind and helpful.

Seems this is the place to go if you don't want to wear a mask. Saw three people in the store without masks (during the 'state of emergency' in ontario.). One was a staff member. One woman was right by the cash, mask under her chin chatting to anyone who'd engage with her. Another woman had a lot of makeup on: maybe didn't want to smudge it. People so ill they can't wear a mask generally can't walk around, certainly would be conserving breath and not chatting. Oh, and one of the pharmacy team had their mask under their nose.

Staff are informative and friendly and knowledgable. Im in regularly and find your staff always go over & beyond to help, be it Esther who took the time to make sure I had the right toner, developer & powder bleach to the pleasant manager who took the time to check to see if they had the dish soap I was looking for in the back. Its always a pleasure shopping at Shoppers!
