(3/5) Covid vaccine appointment NO CLEANING

I very excited to receive my second Covid vaccine at Shopper's Drug Mart in Perth. I arrived, to a sign telling you to follow the feet to the pharmacy for your vaccine appt. At the end there are no further instructions. No signs or previous instructions to complete a form or that you need to check in. l did not witness anyone clean any surfaces, or chairs. Sanitizers were empty. The abrupt person at the exit chairs conflicted with instructions.
