They sold me Nintendo switch remotes that were clearly used. When my daughter opened the box on Christmas morning, she noticed that the remotes had been used previously as there were scratches and dirt and one was missing a thumb pad for the joystick. We tried to exchange them, however we were told that Shoppers does not return or exchange electronics so we’d have to call Nintendo, even though there was no manufacturing defect. This is fraud!!!
