(1/5) Disturbing & disappointing customer service

Very disappointing with management & cashier that was at the self check out. On Sunday May 2nd at 11:25am. There was a huge line up only one cashier & the other young lady with a braid & pink hair tie, didn't even help when asked by the other nice cashier. All she did was yell at the customers about having free self check out. I called to speak to the manager & instead of listening & understanding the complaint she actually argued with me. She didn't even apologize or say your right all thoses people shouldn't have to wait that long. Absolutely disgusted with the service & manager. Will be calling head office
