My mother has MS and uses a scooter to get around. One day at your store she was forced over to the self checkout because she didn't have cash. Not only are the self checkout machines unclean there is no way to social distance making any transaction very unsafe. Also I would like to see you try to use a scooter to drive up, use the damn touch screen, and pack items in a bag all while being physically disabled. She left the store in tears!!! What the hell is wrong with you?!

Went in for a couple scratch tickets for a gift. Had to line up at a Cash Only checkout to get the tickets then the cashier had to leave his station to take me over to the self checkout so i could use debit. What the hell is that? And there had to be ten people all congested around your self checkouts...no way can you be six feet apart from people, machines are too close. I wasnt the only customer being shuffled around in there tonight...why is your only manned checkout "cash only" now??
