They are not only rude, esp. over the phone, but also inefficient and careless. They delivered the wrong medication to us, On being pointed out, - A-the person on the call blamed us for not noticing that earlier. Then she said the prescription had only that to refill. Finally, agreed to refill with the correct medication, but said we have to pay for the wrong medication sent. No apologies for their mistake, . Only undignified excuses!
