I went to pick up a covid test kit for someone who was symptomatic. They didn't have the kit ready despite confirming the day before. The owner spent 1.5 hours berating me, yelling at me, calling both me and the person I was trying to help a liar, threatened not to give us the tests even though he'd had them prepared just so that he could force me to stay there longer for him to yell at. The owner of this store should lose his license.
